1a) dehumanization is not caring about the wellbeing of a
person. It can relate to something that’s inhumane. One example is the ways
that the guards treat the Jews.
1b) when they were still living their normal life they still
had so much faith. Believing that you must always trust in God. After they
arrived at the camp they had the fear of the unknown. Not knowing what will
happen in the future and not knowing what will happen to their families. There
were some who still believed that they will get out and something good will
happen.
1c) Eliezer being at the camp he is starting to change and
see what is happening in reality. Eliezer is starting to lose his faith in God
like some people. Asking why is happening.
